Delete your LIFE Direct account

Takes under a minute · removes everything, permanently

From inside the app

  1. Open LIFE Direct and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear, or your profile).
  3. Scroll down, tap Advanced, then Delete account.
  4. Type DELETE (and your password or passcode, if you have one) to confirm.

What gets deleted

Immediately and permanently: your profile, receipts and tracked items, vault documents, schedule and reminders, notifications, family membership, AI conversation and memory, and push registrations. Any active subscription is cancelled at Stripe, and linked bank connections are disconnected at the provider so no further data can flow. If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your account also asks Google to cancel that subscription (best-effort — please confirm in Play Store › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). If you subscribed through the App Store, deleting your account does not cancel that subscription — cancel it first in Settings › Subscriptions on your iPhone. This cannot be undone.

If you can't sign in

Email hello@lifedirectapp.com from the email address on the account and we'll delete it for you, with a confirmation reply once it's done.

One thing survives deletion: a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your email address, kept only so the 7-day free trial can't be reused endlessly by deleting and re-creating accounts. It cannot be turned back into your email or linked to you.
